I started Rate.nl 10 years ago out of pure idealism: ‘Making the world a little better, based on open and honest employee and customer feedback through a private platform, with the aim of achieving measurable improvements in the well-being and satisfaction of employees and customers.’ Measurement without improvement is a waste of time and energy! I am grateful for all the organizations that I and Rate.nl have worked with and all the people I have had the privilege to inspire to ‘improve together’ with our plan/do/check/act and Share methodology and platform.
