Who are we?
For the past 9 years, Rate.nl’s goal has been to ensure that every customer and employee evaluation leads to concrete improvements in practice. That’s why our software supports all steps of an improvement cycle: Plan/Do/Check/Act. We have even added the element of “share” to increase internal improvement capabilities and knowledge sharing! Because knowing is great, but making something better is even better! Additionally, by the end of this year, we will be adding new technology (based on Machine Learning and AI) to the application, giving us a significant competitive advantage. Rate.nl currently consists of a team of 10 people and is planning to build a professional and ambitious Sales team of (3) Business Development Managers, with whom you will collaborate to promote the most beautiful and best campaigns and take Rate.nl to the next level.

Your skills:
- You are familiar with techniques/languages such as: C#, SQL Server, and JavaScript.
- You are familiar with the .Net framework and its associated capabilities, and know how to apply them.
- You feel at home in a professional organization with an informal atmosphere where you can make a difference yourself.
What will you be doing?
- You will be making the website convertible.
- You will set up SEO/SEA campaigns (A/B) and link them to newsletter campaigns, integrated with SalesForce to generate leads for Sales.
- You will contribute ideas for the launch of 3 new (AI) products, either to be launched or integrated.
- You will come up with smart and creative campaigns, which you will then set up and deploy (online).
- You will generate leads through various channels.
- You will set up smart LinkedIn campaigns.
- You will send out converting newsletters.
- You will modify or outsource graphic materials.
- You will write SEO-optimized texts.
Our requirements
- You are proficient in WordPress, with a basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- You have experience with SEO and copywriting.
- You have basic technical skills, such as programming, tooling, and automation.
- You have experience with A/B testing for conversion purposes.
- You have UX design skills and are proficient in InDesign.
- You utilize the entire funnel (Awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral).
- You can implement tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.
- You are familiar with concepts/techniques such as conversion optimization, Artificial Intelligence in marketing, web scraping, chatbots, APIs, etc.
